- Missionaries of Charity – Station – Pune – Monthly Visits
- Missionaries of Charity – Hyderabad – Monthly Visits
- Wagoli Ashram – Visits during Festival and other occasions
- Spastics Society of Tamil Nadu – Chennai - Monthly Visits
- Jersey Cares – New Jersey – Annual Event participation
- Somanahalli School, Dharmapuri – Summer Camps, mentoring
- Roland McDonald House – San Jose - Annual, theme based
- Sacred Heart Community Services – San Jose - Annual, Theme Based
- San Jose Family Shelter – San Jose - Annual, Theme based
These programs are open to all MindTree Employees (MindTree Minds) their families and friends.
