Jeevan Sai Ejamandla

India

"I regularly volunteer for the health camp initiative at Toopran and Choutuppal in association with HelpAge India, where we assist the elderly in remote villages with little to no access to medical care. Along with my fellow volunteers, I am proud to bridge the gap between these patients and doctors by providing them with medications. Through this volunteering program, I have been able to extend a helping hand and bring about an impact on the lives of the less fortunate. It is delightful to see patients' smiles grow with every passing day. On behalf of every patient we assist regularly, I am immensely thankful to LTIMindtree Foundation for this opportunity."

"I am happy to participate in the activities conducted by our organization, which allows us to interact with people from different states. I participate in the teaching sessions for rural Govt. school students in association with Nirmaan. It is an excellent opportunity to serve people through these activities. I feel proud to be a part of these heartfelt events with the help of our organization and through the dedicated support of my fellow volunteers and dedication toward the work. During these journeys, we not only get the chance to teach but also to learn. I hope our journey continues to be as joyful as it has been in the past years, with exciting activities and increased opportunities to interact with people from diverse backgrounds."

"It is my great fortune that LTIMindtree Foundation allowed me to spread happiness and joy in the Delhi NCR old age home for a couple of times. Every volunteer coordinated very well to accomplish this. We conducted many activities, such as, diya decoration, musical chair, and dumb charades, in which every member participated, enhancing our enthusiasm and urge to spend more time."

"Since its inception, LTIMindtree has been honored to support the Desjardins Scholarship fund. This year, I had the chance to meet the recipients of a special award for students interested in technology offered by the Desjardins Foundation in association with LTIMindtree in Canada. It is an honor for me to have been invited to the ceremony to congratulate the winners for their outstanding accomplishments. All the students were inspiring, and I urge them to keep up the great work, contribute to their communities, and try to create a brighter future for everybody."

"As a volunteer for Women in Information Technology Management, I have witnessed the power of community and the impact it can have in bridging the gender inequality gap. Through our organization’s dedication to encouraging, empowering, and equipping women in the IT and corporate realm, we are making strides toward creating a more diverse and inclusive society. I was proud to represent LTIMindtree’s culture and be a part of a team of motivated undergraduates committed to breaking down barriers and eradicating the scarcity of female leaders in the industry."

Our Implementation Partners

In November 2023, Mindtree Foundation commemorated its 15th anniversary by organizing a series of events. These events included unique volunteering initiatives that saw active participation from our employees. In various offices across India, stalls were set up by NGOs and social entrepreneurs to sell their distinctive products. Furthermore, a full-day NGO partner meet was held in Bangalore, which was attended by the leadership and program teams of all our NGO partners. The progress of all projects was shared, and best practices in program management, monitoring, and evaluation were exchanged. Representatives from the Learning and Development team at erstwhile Mindtree also conducted a design thinking workshop, attended by approximately 40 NGO team members, who gained valuable experiences and insights from the session.
