LTIMindtree Foundation 1

Empowerment

Given the shortage of skilled workforce, LTIMindtree aims to enhance skills of marginalized youth and women by providing IT, ITES, vocational and industrial skills training and focusing on development of women and people with disabilities. We conduct training on entrepreneurship/market handholding to secure a sustainable source of income and increase their family income.
Health is at the core of our existence and Mindtree Foundation specifically works with partners in ensuring health in remote locations and especially on the issues with societal taboos. Additionally, our focus on pandemic support has been paramount to ensure the good health of the frontline warriors and also the needy.
