- Organized weekly volunteer-led mentoring sessions to promote confidence and skill.
Story of Change
Pradeep* enrolled in the JEET program with the hope of securing employment to support his family, who were facing a significant financial burden. As a candidate with a locomotor disability, finding work was a challenge, despite completing a diploma. However, within a month of being in the program, Pradeep gained confidence and became comfortable communicating in English. The Sarthak trainers and mentor volunteers provided continuous follow-up, which helped him improve his skills. Thanks to their efforts, Pradeep secured a position as a Business Process Associate in the Digital Content Management function at Accenture.
