The vision of WITM is to provide meaningful opportunities that allow female students to connect with the industry, encourage career development, and foster an inclusive community where wisdom, skills, and experiences are shared to bring light to the clear gender gap within the Business and IT (Information Technology) industry.
Volunteering with Desjardins Foundation
LTIMindtree Canada is a proud sponsor of the Desjardins Foundation. The Desjardins Foundation was founded in 1970 and is a charitable organization that contributes to the academic success of the next generation by awarding various scholarships to students, grants to schools, and donations to partner organizations. LTIMindtree Canada employees have sponsored their scholarship program for the past few years. In addition, they support the Desjardin Foundation Annual Sur le Chemin du Roy – a relay race focused on fundraising youth educational projects.
Environment Conservation with Arbor Day Foundation
In partnership with Arbor Day Foundation over the past two years, /LTIMindtree Canada has planted over 5,000 trees for its clients in the Rogue National 8rban )orest, since trees are part of the solution to some of the issues facing our planet. By contributing to and helping their extensive partner network, we ensure that the aid focuses on creating the highest impact.
